 Ignore calls from unknown numbers that claim to come from reputable sources, like Allworkers MFB, but are requesting urgent money transfers or threatening government, police or legal action. If you're in doubt, visit our branches.

 Keep an eye out for claims of technology support or fake ads. Downloading files or entering your banking details on suspicious websites may expose your computer to malware or viruses. Install a good antivirus and scan your phones and computers regularly.

Be careful how and what your download from friends on social media

 Delete messages from unknown numbers and email addresses making urgent requests. Be wary of strange links, lack of personalization, altered logos and spelling errors. 

Watch out for masked email addresses (hover your mouse on the sender's email address).
