  • 28th July 1992 - Uratta Community Bank incorporated
  • 03rd November 1992 Commissioned and commenced business
  • 15th December 1992 - Obtained Provisional License
  • May 2003 - Changed to Allworkers Community Bank
  • 25th May 2004 - Licensed to operate as Allworkers Community Bank
  • 06th December 2007 - Obtained microfinance banking license
  • 11th March 2011 - Commencement of Egbeada branch
  • 31st December 2012 - Obtained license as State microfinance bank
  • 30th April 2012 - Commencement of Orji branch
  • 17 February 2014 - Commencement of Naze branch
  • 26th August 2015 - Commencement of Relief branch

Amah is dynamic and result-oriented professional with over 20 years dedicated working experience in Banking. He has over 11 years’ experience in microfinance banking. He holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) in Public Administration, a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCB), a registered member of International Financial Reporting Council (IFRC) and other numerous professional bodies.

Joe is the Head of Operations/Accountant of Allworkers Microfinance Bank Ltd.

He has more than 25 years of experience in both Commercial and Microfinance Banking.

He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) in Accountancy and He is also certified Microfinance Practitioner (MCP).

Bethel is the Acting Internal Auditor with Allworkers Microfinance Bank Ltd, with over 15 years extensive banking experience, 8 years of which he spent as Marketing Executive Training with United Bank For Africa (UBA) PLC.  He Holds a HND in Accounting from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu, a PGD in Business Management From Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma Edo State. A member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), member Nigeria Institute of management (NIM), currently a student of Nigerian College of Accountancy Kwall  (ANAN part time).

Salomey is the Credit Manager. She has over 13 years experience in Microfinance banking. 

Salomey holds a degree in Accounting, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Business Administration Management and Microfinance Certified Banker (MCB).

She is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Association of Professional Women Bankers (APWB).

Vivian is the ICT Manager with over 13 years extensive experience in banking industry, 9 of which she spent at the top Managerial level, a B.Sc Holder in Computer Science, PGD in Education, MCP Certified under the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Member of Association of Professional Women Bankers (APWB).

Vivian also has an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the employer's business and industry needs, as well as the technical demands, recognizes the importance of customer focus and/or of serving the needs of the end user.

Vivian is a seasoned Administrative Secretary that has brought positive change to Allworkers Microfinance Bank starting in 2008. 

She brings over 10years of Administrative experience to the table with expertise in scheduling and correspondence.  Vivian holds HND in Secretarial Administration and PGD in Public Administration (In view).

She is a member of Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Association of Professional Women Bankers (APWB) and a registered member of Financial Reporting Council.

Zita is a branch Manager with over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, 19 of which she spent at the top Managerial level.

She is currently the Branch Manager of Egbeada branch of Allworkers MFB, where she has the responsibility of ensuring effective and efficient day to day functioning of the branch.

Zita is a seasoned Banker, an administrator that promotes cooperation and team work. She has the capacity to manage both human and capital resources to achieve organizational goals.

Ugo is the current Branch Manager of Orji branch. He is a native of Imo State, Nigeria and a graduate of the university of Nigeria, Nsukka (B.A Honors in Archaeology/Sociology and Anthropology).

He is a versatile and charismatic leader, with a hands-on-approach. He began his banking career in 2007 and rose though the ranks covering many areas of banking from I.T. to Credit and Marketing to Risk Management and Branch Operations. He is best described as an astute banker, a successful marketer, a media and communications enthusiast and a management expert.
