The Managing Director

The Managing Director of ALLWORKERS MICROFINANCE BANK LTD - Pst. AMAH A. ELEKWA is dynamic and result-oriented professional with over 20 years dedicated working experience in Banking Developing Economy with the then AFRIBANK NIG PLC as Senior Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Accountant, Branch Internal Auditor/Controller, Regional Field Inspector, Corporate Service Delivery Manager and Branch Head of Operations.  He has over 8 years experience in microfinance banking. He holds  Master in Business Administration (MBA) in  Accounting, Bachelors of Science (BSc) in  Public Administration, A Microfinance Certified Banker (MCB), a registered member of International Financial Reporting Council (IFRC) and other numerous professional bodies. He is married to an amiable wife with four children.



Mr Joseph Udiong is the Accountant of Allworkers Microfinance.He has several years of experience spanning more than 25 years in the banking industry of which 14 was in the commercial bank having worked in virtually all the departments in the defunct Hallmark Bank PLC. Some of these departments included operations, inspections,

credit and marketing, loan recovery and treasury.

He is a Chartered Accountant ACA, has a in Accounting and is also a certified microfinance practitioner, MCP.


Head of Credit

Akalonu Salomey .C:   

Akalonu Salomey is the Head of Credit in Allworkers Microfinance Bank Ltd. She has over 11 years extensive experience in Microfinance banking. Prior to her appointment in March, 2008; she had served as the Cash Officer at Tyoshin Comminity Bank Naka Benue State. She is a versatile Top Management Staff and had headed departments like: ICT, Branch Manager, teller, Fund Processing Unit. She is an expert in Credit and Marketing Administration, Monitoring and Recovery, Loan Processing and Assessment.

Salomey also holds a B.Sc in Accounting, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Business Administration Management. She is a member of various professional bodies such as: Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), MCP Certified under the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Association of Professional Women Bankers (APWB). She is happily married with four children.


Head of Information Technology

Anukam Vivian: Vivian is the ICT Manager with over 11 years experience in banking, 6 of which she spent at the top Managerial level, a B.Sc Holder in Computer Science, MCP Certified. An expert that Conceive, draw up, organize, plan, execute and sign off projects in the field of computer engineering concerned with computer systems, services and applications. Also establishes the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards, maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls, undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources. Vivian also has an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the employer's business and industry needs, as well as the technical demands, recognizes the importance of customer focus and/or of serving the needs of the end user, excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate with staff who aren't technically trained, teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organization. Vivian is married with one child.


Internal Audit

Chigemezu Ndubuisi Usoh: Mr. Chigemezu Usoh is the Internal Auditor.  He has over 7 years experience in banking, 3 of which he spent at the top managerial level. He has over 5 years microfinance banking experience. He is a graduate of Accountancy, is MCP certified and holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Financial Management. Chigemezu has work in various “Operations” unit and is very good in financial analysis. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management


Branch Manager - Naze

Onuoha B.C obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics B.A(Hons) from the Imo State University, and a Master of Science ( degree in Agricultural Finance from the Imo State University, Owerri.

She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), a Microfinance Certified Banker, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. 

Blessing has over 7 years banking experience; she started her banking career with First Bank of Nigeria where she served in the Fund Transfer unit and as a teller. She rose to the position of the Head of Operation and the Manager in our Naze branch, Owerri, with her passion for efficient customer service and rich pedigree in Risk Management, innovative ideas on e-banking, Credit and Marketing. 


Branch Manager - Egbeada

UKANWA, Z .M. is Branch Manager Allworkers MFB Egbeada Branch with over 30 years of experience in banking industry. She spent about 20 years with ACB (African Continental Bank Plc) where she held various ,managerial positions including; Assistant Accountant, Head of Operation, Credit and Foreign Business Department. She is one of the pioneer staff of Allworkers MFB and is well grounded in Credit, Financial Analysis, Relationship Management, etc. she is a member of various professional bodies including CIBN. She is married and blessed with four children.


Branch Manager - Relief

Ezeji Godwin U.K, a result-oriented branch supervisor with over 8years of banking experience with Allworkers MFB. Prior to his current position, he worked various desks of banking operations, credit and customer relationship.
He attended Federal Polytechnic, Oko Anambra State where he obtained ND and HND in Banking and Finance. He is a member of CIBN and an MCP certified banker. He has worked with National Question Newspaper as an Administrative Officer and Renny's as a Supervisor and Internal Auditor.

Head - MArketing

Okwu Bethel Chijioke: Bethel is the Head of Marketing. He has 12 years experience in banking 8 years of which he spent as Public Sector Relationship Manager at United Bank for Africa.  He has over 4 years Microfinance Banking experience.  MVP in 2012. MCP in view. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. Acquired experience in Basic accounting from H. Pierson Associates Limited.  Basic Banking operations from Centennial capital Limited.  Marketing and customer services from Leadership Development Consultants. Experienced on credit assessment (risk asset creator) versatile on electronic payments (e-payments) and relationship  management. A Rotarian. He is married with three children.
